Shame on DPS. They never found the missing twins. They never solved the San Vicente murder of the Chinese couple whose child was left orphaned. They never solved the murder of the Chinese farmers who were burned inside of their homes. There is probably a serial killer out there targeting the hardworking farmers and keeps getting away with it because DPS can\u2019t get its act straight. Who are the homicide investigators at DPS? Where were they\u00a0educated at and trained? Maybe it\u2019s time to replace them because they are not ensuring the safety of the public. The murderers are getting bolder because they are confident that DPS can\u2019t solve murders. Are the murders of the Chinese people not a priority? Is it because Chinese people are not as important as other races on Saipan? It is either due to the lack of trained\u00a0homicide detectives or lack of sense or urgency due to racial discrimination. Use your head because pretty soon the murderers might target all races if they keep getting away with it.\u00a0<\/p>\n
