However, incumbent Rep. Felicidad T. Ogumoro is heads and shoulders above other candidates in Precinct 3 with her 2,310 votes, while in Precinct 4 newcomer Vinson F. Sablan is headed to victory with 662 votes.<\/p>\n<p>Others in the Top 6 in Precinct 3 are Rep. Edmund Villagomez (1,303), Maryann A. Borja Arriola (1,234), B.J. Attao (1,203), and incumbents Ralph Yumul (1,199) and Ramon A. Tebuteb (1,157).<\/p>\n<p>In Precinct 4, likely joining Sablan in the House is Rep.
