Eloy S. Inos and his running mate, Senate President Ralph Torres (R-Saipan), failed to get 50 percent of the votes plus 1.<\/p>\n<p>This after the CNMI Republican Party bets have so far gotten 4,797 votes against the 3,491 votes of independent Heinz Hofschneider and his running mate, former Senate floor leader Ray Yumul. The total votes are from unofficial tabulation by the Commonwealth Election Commission.<\/p>\n<p>In the delegate race, incumbent Gregorio Kilili C.
