Manglona, Presiding Judge Robert C. Naraja, and Kenneth L. Govendo, according to the unofficial tally of the Commonwealth Election Commission. <\/p>\n<p>The voters were asked if Manglona of the CNMI Supreme Court should be retained in office. The voters were also asked if Naraja and Govendo of the Superior Court should be retained in office.<\/p>\n<p>Naraja got the highest \u201cyes\u201d votes after he got a total of 10,099 votes. His total \u201cno\u201d votes was 2,464.<\/p>\n<p>Manglona obtained 9,802 \u201cyes\u201d votes and 2,688 \u201cno\u201d votes.<\/p>\n<p>Govendo got 9,168 \u201cyes\u201d votes and 3,335 \u201cno\u201d votes.<\/p>\n<p>Manglona received a \u201cgood\u201d total average rating, while Naraja and Govendo each obtained an \u201cacceptable\u201d total average rating in the CNMI Bar Association\u2019s evaluation of their performances on the bench. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cGood\u201d means the magistrate often exceeds minimum standards of performance.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAcceptable\u201d means the magistrate meets minimum standards of performance.<\/p>\n<p>Justice Manglona and Judges Naraja and Govendo were all seeking their third retention on the bench in Tuesday\u2019s general elections. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Majority of voters voted to retain on the bench Associate Justice John A.
