{"id":184422,"date":"2014-11-10T04:00:27","date_gmt":"2014-11-09T18:00:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=184422"},"modified":"2014-11-10T04:00:27","modified_gmt":"2014-11-09T18:00:27","slug":"christmas-exhibit-push","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/christmas-exhibit-push\/","title":{"rendered":"Christmas Exhibit to push through"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>After initially cancelling the Annual Christmas Exhibit due to scheduling differences, the Department of Community and Cultural Affairs\u2019 Commonwealth Council for Arts and Culture is pushing through with the exhibit after all.<\/p>\n<p>The Christmas Exhibit will be held at the Fiesta Resort and Spa Saipan in Garapan, from Nov. 17 to Dec. 12 and will be open from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are having this exhibit a month earlier to give convenient time for the public and visitors to mail out their Christmas gifts to family and friends off-island,\u201d said visual\/traditional artists coordinator Feofaaki McMahon.<\/p>\n<p>The council is inviting registered and non-registered artists to participate in the exhibit.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI would like to encourage all registered and non-registered artists to take advantage of this opportunity to showcase and sell your artworks.
