(Contributed Photo)<\/figcaption><\/figure>Local yam growers will show their best produce in two competitions: a display of white and red yam (finger type and regular) and a cooking competition (desserts, yam kadu, boiled [saibuk]). A side program with exhibits from NMC-CREES, DLNR, and others is in the plans.<\/p>\n<p>Registration for the competitions is free; prices will be announced.
