Operations o Saipan will be partially closed from 12:30pm to 4:30pm. The Judiciary will hold a professional development program in the afternoon.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; On Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2014, operations on Rota and Tinian will be closed all day. Operations on Saipan will be partially closed from 7:30am to 1:15pm.
