Del Rosario.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThat is a claim no one will find believable, in light of all the facts,\u201d he said. \u201cKeep in mind the slim few that have been at the helm of our government for the last 15 years. The previous administrations have been rotating their leadership, simply inheriting and perpetuating the major problems plaguing the people of the CNMI. They have carried out often outdated solutions. The CNMI needs new ideas.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEven Juan N.
