Eloy S. Inos issued a memorandum yesterday granting administrative leave for the Executive Branch this Friday, Nov. 28, the day after Thanksgiving Day.<\/p>\n<p>All government offices, except for those with critical function such as hospital and law enforcement agencies, will be closed.<\/p>\n<p>Inos also encouraged the Judiciary, the Legislature and autonomous agencies to grant administrative leave to their respective employees as well.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis year, we\u2019ve seen a lot of progress in the Commonwealth, both in government and in the private sector,\u201d said Inos. \u201cIn recognition for the hard work of employees throughout our government, this additional day off will be a great opportunity for everyone to spend quality time with their families.\u201d <em><strong>(Office of the Governor)<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gov.
