The present condition, with weeds growing wildly, is a reflection of total disregard and violation of the agreement to keep the place clean.<br \/>\nWho is responsible to keep the area clean? Are the offices responsible to keep our sacred grounds clean provided with sufficient funding? If the answer is no, why not? How much does it costs to keep it clean?<br \/>\nFellow veterans and families, speak out and demand respect.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Joaquin P.
