Camacho has found probable cause to warrant the filing of charges against a teacher and a habitual offender in connection with separate burglary and theft incidents.<\/p>\n<p>At a preliminary hearing on Tuesday afternoon, Camacho found probable cause to charge George Lieto Jr. with burglary and theft.<\/p>\n<p>Camacho also found probable cause to charge Ramon Cabrera Blas with burglary, theft, criminal trespass, and disturbing the peace.<\/p>\n<p>The judge ordered Lieto and Blas to respond to the charges.<\/p>\n<p>Arraignment will be on Monday at 9am.<\/p>\n<p>Assistant attorneys general Emily Cohen and Shannon Foley appeared for the government in both cases. Court-appointed counsel Matthew Holley appeared for Lieto. Assistant public defender Matthew Meyer served as counsel for Blas.<\/p>\n<p>Lieto, a 30-year-old teacher, was arrested recently after he and Terwik Ludwig allegedly broke into a store\u2019s generator room and stole copper wires worth over $1,600 in Kagman last Oct. 26.<\/p>\n<p>Blas, a 56-year-old notorious habitual offender, was arrested last Nov. 24 for allegedly burglarizing an apartment complex in San Vicente and stealing a couple\u2019s jewelry, money, and other items worth $22,875 on Aug. 21 and Nov. 9.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Superior Court Associate Judge Joseph N.
