{"id":186676,"date":"2014-12-05T04:00:42","date_gmt":"2014-12-04T18:00:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=186676"},"modified":"2014-12-05T04:00:42","modified_gmt":"2014-12-04T18:00:42","slug":"junior-mock-trial-workshop-teachers-today","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/junior-mock-trial-workshop-teachers-today\/","title":{"rendered":"Junior mock trial workshop for teachers today"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Northern Marianas Humanities Council will be hosting a Junior Mock Trial workshop today, Dec. 5, at the Guma Hustisia at 3:30pm.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe goal of the workshop is to provide new teacher-coaches with the basics of the junior high mock trial program, including advice on opening and closing remarks, direct and cross examinations, and introducing evidence,\u201d Humanities Council program officer Eulalia Villagomez said.<\/p>\n<p>Superior Court Associate Judge Joseph N.
