Manglona has granted the request of the U.S. Probation Office to delay the sentencing of a former officer at the Department of Public Safety&#8217;s Bureau of Motor Vehicles and three co-defendants in the driver&#8217;s license scam case.<\/p>\n<p>Manglona ordered that the sentencing hearing for William A. Hocog be continued from Sept. 26 to Nov. 4, 2011.<\/p>\n<p>Manglona allowed the U.S. Probation Office to submit the pre-sentence investigation report on Sept. 20, 2011.<\/p>\n<p>A former DPS BMV supervisor, Hocog had already pleaded guilty to conspiracy to unlawfully produce and transfer of an identification document.
