Arriola informed the U.S. District Court for the NMI yesterday that Jordan Mendiola Reyes tested presumptive positive for use of \u201cice\u201d while submitting to a random drug test last Nov. 13.<\/p>\n<p>Arriola said that when confronted with the results, Reyes admitted in writing that he used the drug on Nov. 12.<\/p>\n<p>Arriola said Reyes reported to the U.S. Probation Office as instructed for  a probation non-compliance meeting, and confirmed that he used \u201cice\u201d last Nov. 12 due to personal issues.<\/p>\n<p>The probation officer said Reyes was admonished for his behavior and given guidance on other ways to deal with his stress.<\/p>\n<p>Arriola told Reyes that drug testing will increase to five tests per month.<\/p>\n<p>Arriola recommended no court action, but stated that Reyes will be closely monitored.<\/p>\n<p>In May 2013, U.S. District Court for the NMI Chief Judge Ramon V.
