{"id":187483,"date":"2014-12-17T04:00:30","date_gmt":"2014-12-16T18:00:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=187483"},"modified":"2014-12-17T04:00:30","modified_gmt":"2014-12-16T18:00:30","slug":"fsm-citizens-can-apply-us-service-academies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/fsm-citizens-can-apply-us-service-academies\/","title":{"rendered":"FSM citizens can apply to US Service Academies"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The FSM Department of Foreign Affairs is currently accepting applications for the Class of 2019 at each of the United States Service Academies: the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado; the Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland; the Military Academy at West Point, New York; and the U.S. Coast Guard Academy in New London, Connecticut.<\/p>\n<p>To apply you must be an FSM citizen, at least 17 years of age but no more than 23 on July 1 of admission year. Applicants must not have a legal obligation to support children, and if female, must not be pregnant.<\/p>\n<p>Copies of high school and college transcripts will be required.
