The man was last seen wearing yellow clothing. The vessel conducted initial searches of the area.<\/p>\n<p>Sector Guam is coordinating search efforts with multiple resources to include: BEAGEL 1, a U.S. Navy P-8 aircraft from Kadena Air Base in Japan, and the Palau patrol boat PSS President H. I.
