Rasa.<\/p>\n<p>Out of the 1,038 applications, 33 applicants are from the Northern Marianas Trade Institute.<\/p>\n<p>Rasa said that the 1,038 applications are new, ongoing, or returning applicants.<\/p>\n<p>SHEFA has 359 new applicants, 500 ongoing applicants, and 179 returning applicants.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOut of these 651 are on-island while 387 are off-island applicants,\u201d Rasa said.<\/p>\n<p>In fall 2014, there were about 1,221 valid applications. The turnout for next semester is a little less. <\/p>\n<p>According to Rasa the missing document notices started going out on Dec. 15 to all NMTI applicants and notices will also be sent to both on- and off-island applicants.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFirst check request for spring 2015 will be made on Jan. 2.
