Beach Road, Garapan in front of the old Wendy\u2019s Restaurant, on the northbound lane.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Second checkpoint: 2030-2145 hrs. Chalan Pale Arnold, Chalan Lau Lau, in front of IT&#038;E, on the southbound lane.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Third checkpoint: 2230-2345 hrs. Beach Road Susupe, in front of Minatchom Atdao, on the southbound lane.<\/p>\n<p>Each DUI\/Sobriety Checkpoint will last at least 75 minutes (1 hour and 15 minutes).
