David<br \/>\nReporter<\/div>\n<p>The Philippine Consulate General through the Philippine Overseas Labor Office has announced a new schedule of skills upgrading and livelihood courses for the last quarter of 2011.<\/p>\n<p>The Basic Computer Operations 1 &#8211; Batch 54 will be offered on six Sundays from Oct. 16 to Nov. 20, from 1pm to 5pm. Zaldy P. Quebral and Marilyn D. Quebral will serve as course instructors.<\/p>\n<p>Classes for the Fruit and Vegetable Carving class &#8211; Batch 3 under instructor Eduardo M. Elenzano will be held on four Saturdays from Oct. 1 to 22, from 8:30am to 11:30am.<\/p>\n<p>The Domestic Refrigeration and Aircon Mechanic &#8211; Batch 2 to be conducted by James R. Abuy is scheduled on three Saturdays, from 9am to 5pm on Nov. 5 and 12 and from 9am to noon on Nov. 19.<\/p>\n<p>All three courses will have a Business Management Seminar component to be handled by Ignacio D. Ba\u00f1adera, Jr.<\/p>\n<p>Filipinos interested to avail any of the courses need to present an umbrella permit, passport, and one ID picture.
