Instead, Tinian now pays twice the price. What›s up with that?

As a lifelong educator and supporter of reading and learning through newspapers I guess I need not say how I feel with and for those who purchase newspapers on a regular basis. I give my daily copies of your newspaper to the Tinian Jr. High School’s Social Studies teacher for her students. I think the Saipan Tribune is a far better paper than its competition on Saipan. I’ll keep buying it since the print version carries more news, etc., than the one online. I do enjoy the archived articles that are available online when I want to reread something. The only supplemental reading material I requested for my English classes last year was a subscription to the Saipan Tribune. Keep up the good work informing CNMI citizens of global, national, and local news. The Saipan Tribune and all newspapers for that matter are vital components of free speech.

Joseph “Pepe Batbon” Connolly
San Jose Village, Tinian

To the Saipan Tribune: I thought you and your distribution staff might be interested in…

[7
26,38,1343
post-189062","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-letters-to-the-editor","tag-cnmi","tag-saipan-tribune","tag-social-studies
["GET
