{"id":190690,"date":"2015-01-30T04:00:07","date_gmt":"2015-01-29T18:00:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=190690"},"modified":"2015-01-30T04:00:07","modified_gmt":"2015-01-29T18:00:07","slug":"cape-air-operations-back-online","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/cape-air-operations-back-online\/","title":{"rendered":"Cape Air operations back online"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Cape Air\/ United is back and running after two days of cancelled flights.<\/p>\n<p>According to flightstats.com and United Corporate Communications, Cape Air flights from Guam to the CNMI have resumed.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn response to the flight cancellations of Cape Air on Jan. 27 and 28, United operated extra flights on both days using a Boeing 737-800 aircraft to accommodate the affected passengers in Guam, Saipan, and Rota,\u201d United said in a statement.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCape Air has reinstated a normal operation from this morning. We regret any inconvenience experienced by our customers.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A reason for flight cancellation of all Cape Air flights on Wednesday and Tuesday was not given.<\/p>\n<p>Swaths of flights were cancelled during the middle months of last year largely due to reported technical issues.
