Aldan was brought to the Commonwealth Health Center after he sustained a laceration below the right knee, deep scratches to the left arm, and contusions on his forehead.<\/p>\n<p>Aldan was issued a traffic citation.<\/p>\n<p>Police officer Pete Seman, the driver of the patrol car, refused medical treatment, according to Department of Public Safety police spokesman Travis Hurst.<\/p>\n<p>Hurst said the patrol car and Aldan\u2019s Honda Civic DX both had damaged front end.
