Wiseman from presiding over his criminal case.

Ogumoro, through counsel Edward C. Arriola, argued that Wiseman’s decision not to dismiss the case for lack of jurisdiction is erroneous because there is neither a rational nor substantial legal argument to deny the CNMI Supreme Court’s order.

In March 2013, as soon as he arrived at the Francisco C. Ada/Saipan International Airport from an official trip to inspect rescue boats in Canada, then-DPS deputy commissioner Ogumoro was handed a termination letter and was subsequently placed under house arrest in connection with shielding Buckingham.

Police arrested last night former Department of Public Safety deputy commissioner Ambrosio T.
