{"id":194897,"date":"2015-03-27T04:00:23","date_gmt":"2015-03-26T18:00:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=194897"},"modified":"2015-03-27T04:00:23","modified_gmt":"2015-03-26T18:00:23","slug":"cape-air-down-again-this-month","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/cape-air-down-again-this-month\/","title":{"rendered":"Cape Air down again this month"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Cape Air\/United Express cancelled their flights between Guam and the CNMI yesterday due to maintenance issues.<\/p>\n<p>To accommodate affected passengers, United provided extra flights last night using a Boeing 737-700 aircraft.<\/p>\n<p>According to Cape Air\/ United public relations office, the United jet was scheduled to depart Guam on March 26 at 8pm and is expected to arrive on Rota at 8:33pm. Then, the flight is scheduled to depart Rota at 9:08pm and arrive on Saipan at 9:31pm. The flight will then depart Saipan at 10:06pm and arrive in Guam at 10:46pm.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur support teams in Guam, Saipan, and Rota are providing assistance to passengers to make the necessary arrangements for them to complete their travel,\u201d said Cape Air in a statement. \u201cWe realize this is an inconvenience to our customers and we apologize for the disruption.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Their ATR42 aircraft was reportedly sitting at the Francisco C. Ada International Airport last night.<\/p>\n<p>The month of March has seen a slew of cancelled flights. Earlier this month, flights were cancelled for as long as a week, also due to reported technical issues.
