{"id":195049,"date":"2015-03-30T04:00:04","date_gmt":"2015-03-29T18:00:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=195049"},"modified":"2015-03-30T04:00:04","modified_gmt":"2015-03-29T18:00:04","slug":"hafadai-hotel-is-now-grandvrio-resort","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/hafadai-hotel-is-now-grandvrio-resort\/","title":{"rendered":"Hafadai Hotel is now Grandvrio Resort"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Hafadai Beach Hotel on Saipan will now be known as \u201cGrandvrio Resort Saipan.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A statement from Akira Takaoka, the hotel\u2019s general manager, said the hotel has seen \u201cand accommodated a broad range of tourists in line with the globalized market in Saipan.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHereby we are pleased to announce that our hotel name \u2018Hafadai Beach Hotel,\u2019 which has years of history and has been popularly well known by many people, shall be changed,\u201d Takaoka said.<\/p>\n<p>The new hotel will carry the \u201cGrandvrio\u201d brand, which has been developed nationwide in Japan, under the Route Inn group, the executive said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGrandvrio\u201d originated from the Italian word \u201cgrand\u201d and \u201cbrio\u201d meaning \u201cvigor.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Takaoka vowed that the hotel will continue to \u201ccordially welcome our valued customers and make our best efforts for them by providing comfortable accommodation and quality service.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The executive did not say if the hotel will add more facilities to go with the name change.<\/p>\n<p>The hotel currently has 425 rooms and, at 18 stories high, remains the tallest hotel building on Saipan.
