{"id":198552,"date":"2015-04-07T04:00:11","date_gmt":"2015-04-06T18:00:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=198552"},"modified":"2015-04-07T04:00:11","modified_gmt":"2015-04-06T18:00:11","slug":"hpo-board-nominates-kalabera-cave-to-national-register-of-historic-sites","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/hpo-board-nominates-kalabera-cave-to-national-register-of-historic-sites\/","title":{"rendered":"HPO board nominates Kalabera Cave to National Register of historic sites"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Historic Preservation Office review board nominated the \u201cKalabera Cave Rock Art Site\u201d to the National Register of Historic Places.<\/p>\n<p>There are about 50 prehistoric petroglyphs and rock engravings in the Kalabera Cave, measuring between 5 to 10 inches in size. Most of the engravings are portray headless human figures.
