The Saipan Young Professionals Committee will be hosting its first mixer as a way to reach out and network with the island\u2019s young professionals. Venue is at Red Box, Saipan World Resort on Friday, April 17, from 5:30 to 7:30pm.<\/p>\n
The \u201cNet Party\u201d is a new event that will combine both business and social networking.<\/p>\n
Tickets are available for the first 40 to 60 young professionals to contact the Chamber. Each $10 ticket will provide two free drinks, appetizers, and one raffle ticket. As a token of appreciation to new SYP members, the Chamber is providing a free ticket to all who have submitted a completed membership form on or before the night of the event.<\/p>\n
The happy hour event is one of the many planned activities created by the Saipan Chamber of Commerce to provide an open atmosphere for entrepreneurs, up-and-coming young professionals, and other business people to meet, connect, and learn about each other’s products, services, and creative ideas.<\/p>\n
This marks the third event for the new Saipan Young Professionals Committee. Prior events included an educational presentation on cultural diversity and a tour of the USS Frank Cable. The Saipan Chamber of Commerce launched the SYP program to actively engage the younger generation in the business community.<\/p>\n
