Since February I have been conducting a series of poetry workshops focused on haiku (short nature poems) and senryu (short poems about people) in the 6th grade English classes of Mrs. Brenda Safer at Tinian Elementary School.
\nStudents were encouraged to write in the language of their choice.<\/p>\n
