Eighth Notes Music School held its second recital-concert at the Pedro P. Tenorio Multi-Purpose Center last April 25, with over 50 students displaying their skills in playing varied musical instruments.<\/p>\n

Among the 28 who played the piano were Traci Pillarina, who performed Roller Skate and Beach Party, Caleb Yan who played Fantasie Impromptu, and Daniel Gonzales who tickled the ivories with Festive March.

There were also pop and modern songs, like If I Ain’t Got You played by Olivia Hirsh and Let it Be and All of Me, both performed by Andrie Molinyawe<\/p>\n

Matt Moran was among the 10 who showcased their talent in playing the guitar, while nine more performed using drums.<\/p>\n

Shea Hartig strummed the song Only Exception, while Sumin and Yumin Ahn plucked the instrumental River Flows in You.<\/p>\n

The usual piano piece, Canon in D, was played on drums by Steven Goodwin, while Davean Gonzales performed the \u201980s pop staple My Sharona.<\/p>\n

Students Amir Abes and Aubriana Sablan played multiple instruments during their performances, while some sang along with their instruments like Giana Lang and Katie Rose James.<\/p>\n

For teacher Ryan Isidro, the event was a success.<\/p>\n
