(Contributed Photo)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cThe foundation\u2019s support is perfect timing as the critical long-term recovery phase is just beginning,\u201d said John Hirsh, executive director of the NMI Red Cross. \u201cOftentimes when the emergency supplies have been delivered, the public moves on to the next disaster and forgets that long-term recovery can take months or even years.
