As a new member of the community, we support the Office of the Mayor\u2019s island beautification program,\u201d said Harkness.<\/p>\n<p>Saipan Mayor David M. Apatang said, \u201cWe are fortunate to receive a monetary donation from one of our island\u2019s newest growing business, Best Sunshine International.
