It can also easily read documents like on a tablet, take digital notes on pages, fill out any form, and digitally sign any document.

“Software powers the machines. You have Windows to a PC, you have an operating system for your Mackintosh, ConnectKey is the operating system for the equipment. That’s what I really want to highlight today,” said Person.

Providing customers’ needs
“More software and applications, just a lot of things that’s basically managing what matters to our customers the most,” said Services and Solutions executive Nola K. Hix.

According to Person, their software is what makes their units different.

“Our operating system is what sets us apart. It is the software solutions that will take us to the next level with electronic documents,” he said.

For Hix, it’s all about serving the customers’ needs and allowing them to catch up with technology.

“Customers want to be able to sync with the printer, glued to their phones and make sure that whatever it is that they’re doing is all synced into one and easily accessible. Right now, what Xerox is doing is basically following what matters most in the office, basically allowing you to do things seamlessly, wirelessly, mobile as you can see with the phones. We’re really moving with technology,” Hix said.

After the interactive and remarkable presentation, guests were treated to a raffle where they won shopping sprees, movie passes, free gas, and VIP concert tickets.

“It’s a great turnout. I feel like not only do we share a business relationship with our customers, but our customers are just like our family,” Hix said.

[11
4663,4665,4709,70
post-202336","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-business","tag-michael-person","tag-pc","tag-pdf","tag-technology-2-2
["GET
