The board and Fletcher have mutually agreed to part ways before this date.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the board has appointed members to two different working committees.<\/p>\n<p>According to a CUC board memorandum, board member Albert A. Taitano has appointed Eric San Nicolas as vice chairman, and Christopher Concepcion, Joseph T. Torres, and Adelina Roberto as members of the \u201cPersonnel Committee.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Personnel Committee will meet on Friday\u2026to discuss and review personnel actions and the status of the expiration of the executive director\u2019s employment contract,\u201d said committee chair Taitano in the memorandum.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Joseph Torres, as chairman of the Operations Committee, has named Roberto as vice chairwoman. Concepcion, San Nicolas, and Taitano serve as members.<\/p>\n<p>The scheduled meeting on Friday is set one week after it was reported that Fletcher was leaving his post as CUC executive director.<\/p>\n<p>Fletcher, who has occupied CUC\u2019s top post since 2013, disclosed lat week that his official last day is on July 14 but that he would be taking vacation leaves prior to that date.<\/p>\n<p>CUC board chair Roberto earlier disclosed this decision was made by the board last week. Fletcher says a decision was not voted on in an open session.<\/p>\n<p>Right now, CUC\u2019s acting executive director is Matthew Yaquinto.
