Police arrested in Garapan on Tuesday a 42-year-old man who allegedly sexually abused two minor girls and inappropriately touched the private parts of two minor boys.<\/p>\n
Ken Litulumar Aldan was arrested for sexual abuse of a minor in the first degree, sexual abuse of a minor, disturbing the peace, and assault and battery.<\/p>\n
At yesterday\u2019s hearing, Superior Court Associate Judge David A. Wiseman imposed a $50,000 cash bail on Aldan.<\/p>\n
Preliminary hearing will be on June 9 at 1:30pm.<\/p>\n
Wiseman found Aldan not eligible for court-appointed counsel.<\/p>\n
Police detective Therese S. Kintoki stated in her report that last March 10 a police officer responded to an apartment in Chinatown where a woman reported a child abuse incident.<\/p>\n
The woman told police that Aldan inappropriately touched the private parts of two minor boys while they were playing wrestling.<\/p>\n
Last March 2, the woman learned that the defendant also allegedly repeatedly sexually abused the boys\u2019 sister starting when she was 12 years old.<\/p>\n
The woman also discovered that Aldan also sexually abused the children\u2019s other minor sister and that the last incident happened only last February.<\/p>\n
In 2010, a doctor found a small tear in the minor sister\u2019s private parts.<\/p>\n
The doctor recommended to the child\u2019s mother to check their house because there should not be any tear in the child\u2019s private parts, police said. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
