Pangelinan and 29-year-old Kathleen M. Aguero plan to marry June 20.<\/p>\n<p>Their attorney, R. Todd Thompson, says the couple could apply for their marriage license sooner if allowed.<\/p>\n<p>Chief Judge Frances M. Tydingco-Gatewood on Friday gave the territorial registrar and the governor a day or two to get their affairs in order and to begin taking marriage license applications at 8 a.m. Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>The Office of Vital Statistics is where marriage licenses are issued.<\/p>\n<p>Territorial Legislature Vice Speaker B.J.
