But this isn’t the issue!

At issue is the equal application of ethics law against those who took earlier trips to Hong Kong and Macau as the casino legislation goes through several rounds of drafting as explained by fellow columnist Haidee Eugenio. Is OPA up to the job?

Lt. Gov. Ralph DLG Torres, Sen. President Victor Hocog, House Floor Leader Ralph Demapan, and Sens. Francisco Borja and Francisco Cruz took the trip; the ethics law was existence since then. Culpability? Give them their due process rights but they must be investigated and prosecuted!

Hope we’re not inured with corruption that seemed to have metastasized and in full bloom here since recent past. We need an answer Mr. OPA, specifically, your disposition of an earlier infraction involving all five public officials. Let’s show lawmakers that no one is above the law!

Stagnancy: We’ve ventured in and out of economic stagnancy land puzzled at the use of insanity juggling the same figures hoping for different results to no avail. The exercise has morphed into a tired narrative. We stare it down as though it would give positive derivatives but the results are the same each trip to the mound.

Why the refinement of redundancy? This requires venturing outside the box to see if new paradigms would give us something innovative. But we prefer taking the quick exit sleepwalking it in grand mañana. Obviously, we’re fearful doing the right thing by doing it right lest it might work in our favor. Are you scared of your own shadows?

Useless Turbine: I used to marvel at the installation of six turbines at Southern High School. It’s supposed to be a model of alternative energy. Unfortunately, the foundation and stall turned into venues for birds. It was never completed. How was this project funded? Is the failure one of lack of technical competency? If so, then PSS must litigate the issue to get back is scarce funds.

Constitutional: Either legislators are simply displaying ignorance or are factually clobbered by serious reading deficiency. You’re constitutionally prohibited from interfering with the “management, use and disposition of public land.” It is intended to keep filthy politics out of the realm of overly generous politicians who instantly spout without brain in gear.

Quick look at their performance rating: Bankrupted CUC, CHCC, and the Settlement Fund or retirement. Now, it wishes to spread its venomous filthy fingers into other areas to ensure destruction of the highest order!

Sen. Francisco Borja of Tinian said, “It isn’t bad having additional protection.” The language of the Covenant Agreement on this issue is in plain simple English. The preamble of the U.S. Constitution prominently declares national defense as the primary role of the national government. The agreement acknowledges the supremacy of laws. How did you do in our civics courses, sir?

Origin of Type II Diabetes
As a diabetic, I’ve gone through bouts of change from “borderline” to “online” and now all “other” line. It’s a single disease that moves into other long-term illnesses if you’re careless. You’d eventually hit the chronic level that leads into amputation, kidney failure and serious heart problems. I’ve seen it all; no fun trip either and very costly too!

Mayo Clinic research material says that Type Two Diabetes begins with pancreatic malfunction. This organ has two glands (exocrine and endocrine), one secretes natural sugar (insulin); the other regulates sugar level in our blood system.

When their functions fail, insulin isn’t released to break down sugar from food we eat before it reaches the small intestine. When simple and complicated sugar isn’t broken down then it isn’t turned into energy and body building blocks in our system.

It is at this point that unbroken sugar clogs up in our blood system. It’s like a sewer backup. It is also here that the path to diabetes begins. If it reaches chronic level it leads to kidney failure, amputations, and serious heart problems.

Interesting what causes pancreatic malfunction: it’s genetics (it’s in the blood), virus (viral infection that kills both exocrine and endocrine glands) and dietary habit. It would be good if the healthcare system could commission a study to pin down how indigenous Chamolinians contract pancreatic malfunction. It should lead to greater clarity how do we approach resolving a blurred health issue that easily affects the entire global population.

It’s good to get a clear understanding of it including dealing with preventing pancreatic malfunction as a way to ease it. It seems the trigger to other debilitating long-term illnesses.

The public auditor advised legislators that taking the “all-expenses paid trip” to Singapore relating to…

[6
256,2210,3117,5462
post-204413","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-opinion","tag-casino","tag-covenant-agreement","tag-francisco-borja","tag-useless-turbine
["GET
