{"id":206318,"date":"2015-07-28T06:06:02","date_gmt":"2015-07-27T20:06:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=206318"},"modified":"2015-07-28T06:06:02","modified_gmt":"2015-07-27T20:06:02","slug":"assessment-of-damage-still-ongoing-as-internet-access-returns-to-normal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/assessment-of-damage-still-ongoing-as-internet-access-returns-to-normal\/","title":{"rendered":"Assessment of damage still ongoing  as Internet access returns to normal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Department of Finance is continuing the assessment of financial damage caused by a massive communications breakdown a few weeks ago.<\/p>\n<p>Services have reportedly returned to \u201cnormal,\u201d particularly Internet access services.<\/p>\n<p>Finance Secretary Larissa Larson said the assessment report will be submitted to acting governor Ralph DLG. Torres for review after the department completes the report.<\/p>\n<p>The Finance chief reiterated that the communications breakdown \u201cslowed us down dramatically.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re still assessing.
