Kintoki filed a handwritten declaration of probable cause complaint against Junior Stazz Martin Tammy. Acting Superior Court Presiding Judge Joseph N. Camacho accepted the documents.<\/p>\n<p>At a hearing on Thursday, Camacho imposed a $25,000 cash bail on Tammy due to his previous criminal records.<\/p>\n<p>Assistant attorney general Clayton Graef appeared for the government.
