Manglona authorized their temporary release while the case is pending. The two will be arraigned on Tuesday, June 5, at 9am.<\/p>\n<p>The indictment was filed under seal on Tuesday. The court unsealed the matter yesterday.<\/p>\n<p>According to the indictment, on March 19, 2012, Lin and Weng without lawful authority caused the CNMI&#8217;s Vital Statistics Office of the Department of Public Health to produce a birth certificate for a child.
