Castro and associate justices John A. Manglona and Perry B. Inos ordered that until further notice all court documents must be filed in hard copy at the office of the clerks at the CNMI Supreme Court and Superior Court.<\/p>\n<p>The justices said service of court filings normally effectuated electronically is deemed complete upon placement of the filings in the attorney\u2019s box at the Superior Court or through personal service.<\/p>\n<p>The justices said routine electronic payments must be posted at the cashier\u2019s office at the House of Justice in Susupe, Garapan; at the Department of Finance in Songsong Village on Rota; and at the Department of Finance in San Jose Village on Tinian.<\/p>\n<p>Saipan Tribune learned that mostly affected at the CNMI courts as well as in the U.S. District Court are the e-filings and calendar of hearings.
