Camacho allowed Seman to post $2,500 cash bail\u2014just 10 percent of the $25,000 cash bail\u2014and $22,500 in unsecured bond.<\/p>\n<p>Seman\u2019s father, Office of Personnel Management director Isidro K. Seman, was deemed a suitable third party custodian.<\/p>\n<p>Arraignment will be on Sept. 21 at 9am.<\/p>\n<p>Brett Seman was arrested for assault with a dangerous weapon and disturbing the peace. Assistant public defender Tillman Clark served as his counsel.<\/p>\n<p>Assistant attorney general Chester Hinds appeared for the government at the bail hearing.<\/p>\n<p>Police report that police Sgt. Edward Ayuyu was heading east toward Dandan along Flame Tree Road last Sept. 3 at 3:59am when he saw two vehicles on the opposite lane.<\/p>\n<p>Ayuyu observed a gray car had damage on the rear bumper, which was dragging on the road.<\/p>\n<p>A white Mazda pickup truck, being driven by Seman, had no headlights and was too close to the car.<\/p>\n<p>Ayuyu pursued the two vehicles. The car stopped and was overtaken by the truck.<\/p>\n<p>When the truck stopped along Adobo Drive in Koblerville, Seman, who was the driver, yelled at Ayuyu to check the car because, according to him, it hit his truck.<\/p>\n<p>The car, a Nissan Maxima, had damage on the rear and bumper. The truck, a Mazda, had minor damage on the front, police said.<\/p>\n<p>Police learned that Seman had chased and hit the rear of the car where his girlfriend took a ride.
