(Contributed Photo)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>IT&amp;E is notifying its customers who reside or conduct business in the areas of As Lito Road and the Joeten Dandan Housing Area that a cable cabinet\u2014known as a pedestal\u2014has been inadvertently damaged by a contractor during road work in the area.
