This affected landline and DSL services in the nearby and surrounding areas, particularly behind Twin\u2019s Market, in Lower Navy Hill.<\/p>\n<p>IT&amp;E crews working at the site were able to complete the repair work and restore all affected services that same day at about 8:40pm.<\/p>\n<p>Again, IT&amp;E would like to remind all companies, government agencies, and residential customers to kindly request for a cable location 24 hours prior to any excavation work by calling 611.
