Night owls, night shifts, and those winding down from a night out now have a new place to go to satisfy their midnight cravings.<\/p>\n

A new restaurant, Chow Time, will be opening on Sunday and hopes to never close as they will be operating 24 hours, seven days a week. Located inside 99 Cents on Middle Road, Garapan, the new place will offer anything from full meals to short orders and snacks.<\/p>\n

Owner Anna Liza Guancia said the idea of opening up a 24-hour place came from her own experience as well as from her co-workers.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s hard to find a place here that offers cheap food during the late hours,\u201d she said. \u201cMy co-workers are fond of eating after work in the early morning so I decided to operate 24 hours.\u201d<\/p>\n

They will be serving not one but three styles of cooking: Japanese, Korean, and Filipino. They will have bento boxes and rice bowls as well.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe customers who shop at 99 Cents are a mix of Japanese, Koreans, and Filipinos so we decided to offer a mix of food also so that everybody has a choice,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

Guancia said their prices are affordable and they can also adjust the amount of food that they serve depending on what the customer can actually pay for.<\/p>\n

The location is also perfect for working people as well as those who, after partying, wants to fill their stomachs with warm, good food.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe were really looking for a place that is easily accessible to people. When we found this, although it\u2019s small, it\u2019s perfect because it\u2019s near everything,\u201d Guancia said.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis place doesn\u2019t run out of people,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n

Guancia said they started work on the restaurant in June but their opening got delayed because of the typhoon.<\/p>\n
