Villanueva)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Owner Anna Liza Guancia said the idea of opening up a 24-hour place came from her own experience as well as from her co-workers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s hard to find a place here that offers cheap food during the late hours,\u201d she said. \u201cMy co-workers are fond of eating after work in the early morning so I decided to operate 24 hours.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>They will be serving not one but three styles of cooking: Japanese, Korean, and Filipino. They will have bento boxes and rice bowls as well.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe customers who shop at 99 Cents are a mix of Japanese, Koreans, and Filipinos so we decided to offer a mix of food also so that everybody has a choice,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>Guancia said their prices are affordable and they can also adjust the amount of food that they serve depending on what the customer can actually pay for.<\/p>\n<p>The location is also perfect for working people as well as those who, after partying, wants to fill their stomachs with warm, good food.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe were really looking for a place that is easily accessible to people.
