Wiseman about the creation of a drug court in the CNMI.<\/p>\n<p>Dockter said the Bar Association welcomes members of the public to attend Hansen\u2019s and Wiseman\u2019s presentation at Hyatt Regency Saipan\u2019s Giovanni\u2019s Restaurant tomorrow, Thursday, at 11:45am.<\/p>\n<p>Dockter said Wiseman and Hansen will be discussing the implementation of a drug court in the CNMI.<\/p>\n<p>The lawyer said Wiseman has spearheaded the effort to implement this \u201chighly important, problem solving court\u201d in the CNMI.<\/p>\n<p>She said Hansen, who has successfully implemented two drugs courts in the U.S. mainland, traveled to Saipan from Provo, Utah, to help in this critical process.<\/p>\n<p>Hansen will be on the island for six months and will be working with Wiseman on this project.<\/p>\n<p>There are now over 3,000 drug courts in the United States. A drug court is reportedly considered one of the most effective ways in the criminal justice system of dealing with drug abuse and criminal behavior.<\/p>\n<p>House Speaker Joseph P.
