Start time will be from 4pm to 7pm in the JKPL parking lot.<\/p>\n<p>The celebration includes a $100 cash prize to one of the 22 confirmed trunk participants for the best-decorated trunk including free candy and treats for trick-or-treaters.<\/p>\n<p>Let\u2019s Move Marianas will also hold obstacle courses and other physical activities behind the Children\u2019s Library. Power 99 will be on site doing a live broadcast with the Department of Public Safety and JROTC cadets assisting with traffic.<\/p>\n<p>Through the determination of the JKPL team and a $2,500 donation by Best Sunshine, the event was made possible.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier this month technical services librarian Rosalyn Ajoste stated that the event comes as a much needed celebration to boost the spirits of the community since Typhoon Soudelor.<\/p>\n<p>The Trunk or Treat was first envisioned as a way for children to enjoy and participate in Halloween festivities in a safe manner.
