Witch\u2019s hats, black cats, you name it, they have it at a no-trick 50 percent off the price.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Saipan Mayor\u2019s Office<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Once you\u2019re ready for some frightening fun, there are a lot of activities to choose from on all Hallow\u2019s Eve tomorrow.<\/p>\n<p>The first stop could be a trick or treat trip at the Saipan Mayor\u2019s Office held in collaboration with the Skywalker Communications Group, which starts at 5pm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DCCA Halloween Outreach<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Your next stop could be the Kagman Community Center where the Department of Community and Cultural Affairs will be having their Halloween Outreach from 5pm to 8pm.<\/p>\n<p>Aside from trick or treat, get ready to go inside the DYS Haunted House, see spine-chilling displays and join in games.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I Love Saipan<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The I Love Saipan at the Star Sands Plaza will also offer candies and treats as well as food and drinks tasting from 5:30pm to 8pm.<\/p>\n<p>Toddlers to 3-year-olds as well as 4- to 6-year-olds can join in the Best in Halloween Costume Contest where they can win gift certificate prizes. The contest starts at 6:30pm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Club C<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For adults aged 21 and up, Club C is inviting you to a Halloween Night Carnival where as long as you\u2019re wearing a creepy costume, a no-strings attached Miller Lite bottle will only cost $2.50 and $5 for a fireball cinnamon whiskey and Halloween punch cocktail.<\/p>\n<p>Special performances by Michelle Priest and Lava Jelly will be staged while you wait to win raffle prizes and cash prizes for best costumes.<\/p>\n<p>Free appetizers will also be provided for every table as well as special offers on spirit\u2014the alcohol kind\u2014from 5pm to 12midnight.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fiesta Resort and Spa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Starting 6pm, visit the Chambre Bar of Fiesta Resort and Spa with your scariest costume and get your first round of Miller Draft beer for free. Succeeding drink orders will get you a ticket for their raffle.<\/p>\n<p>For their \u201cFright Night,\u201d the bar will be offering their \u201cghoulishly great\u201d drinks from $3 to $5.<\/p>\n<p>They will also be having a contest through Facebook and Instagram where the top three costume wearers will win special prizes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aqua Resorts Club<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A special pirate-themed menu will be offered at Aqua Resort Club\u2019s Vino Bar. Dubbed \u201cHangman Pub,\u201d the menu will include food items named Captain Hook\u2019s fingers, the Flying Dutchman\u2019s favorite, Yamashita Treasure, and Jack Sparrow\u2019s Blood Bath.<\/p>\n<p>They will also have their own costume contest and raffle prizes to be given away starting 6pm.<\/p>\n<p>The Costa Terrace Restaurant other hand will host a special Halloween night dinner buffet where the ARC staff will wearing their scariest uniform yet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pacific Islands Club Saipan<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Took some time to make the kids go to bed after all that candy? Its not too late to party at the Pacific Islands Club\u2019s Charley\u2019s Cabaret which starts at 10pm.<\/p>\n<p>Your sinister suit and a $5 cover charge will include one free drink and a chance to win a room night stay at PIC Saipan. Miller Lite beer will only cost you $2 each and a shot of Patron Tequila is at $5.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Best Sunshine Live<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Not scared to party hard beyond midnight? Best Sunshine Live will be having live music until the wee hours of 3am\u2014just when the real scary stuff are said to happen. Not scary at all is that the casino will be bringing back to life its $1 draft beer and cocktails will only be at $5.<\/p>\n<p>Best Sunshine said they will have spooky shooters that \u201chave never seen the light of day\u201d and special treats to give away. Curious?
