The crowd was so large that many parents later pulled out their kids and went trick-or-treating in other venues around the island.<\/p>\n<p>During the 3rd Annual Trunk or Treat, heavy rainfall prevented more trick-or-treaters from going to the event and moved participants toward the shelter of Marianas Business Plaza\u2019s parking area.<br \/>\n<figure id=\"attachment_213588\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-213588\" style=\"width: 252px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Halloween-pix.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Halloween-pix-252x300.jpg\" alt=\"Long lines for candy marked this year\u2019s edition of the Joeten Kiyu Public Library\u2019s \u201cTrunk or Treat\u201d last Saturday in Susupe. (Jon Perez)<\/figcaption><\/figure><br \/>\nThis year, 22 trunk participants gave away free candy and treats to trick-or-treaters. One of the trunks featured The Hulk with a moveable fist. Others featured a large coffin, an inflatable purple spider, pirates, Dr. Seuss and even the gingerbread man.
