Selepeo, was escorted by two police officers aboard a helicopter to Saipan on Wednesday afternoon, but was released the following day because of lack of evidence to support the charges.<\/p>\n<p>The source said police released Selepeo because there was no witness and no gun was found.<\/p>\n<p>The source said the allegation was that the suspect was shooting at some people but nobody was hurt.<\/p>\n<p>When asked for information about the alleged shooting incident, Department of Public Safety Commissioner James C. Deleon Guerrero said he will release more details about that case during a press briefing today, Monday.<\/p>\n<p>Agrigan is a densely forested island north of Saipan.
