{"id":214638,"date":"2015-11-17T06:00:02","date_gmt":"2015-11-16T20:00:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/?p=214638"},"modified":"2015-11-17T06:00:02","modified_gmt":"2015-11-16T20:00:02","slug":"tinian-dcca-worker-arrested-for-ice","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/tinian-dcca-worker-arrested-for-ice\/","title":{"rendered":"Tinian DCCA worker arrested for \u2018ice\u2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A maintenance worker of the Tinian Department of Community and Cultural Affairs was arrested for allegedly committing traffic offenses and possession of methamphetamine or \u201cice\u201d in San Jose, Tinian on Friday night.<\/p>\n<p>Gary Michael Cruz Cepeda, 48, was taken to Saipan Superior Court yesterday for possession of controlled substance. His bail was initially set at $10,000 cash. Assistant public defender Tillman Clark appeared as his counsel.<\/p>\n<p>Police detective Rudolfo Sauares Hermosilla Jr. stated in his report that he and another police officer conducted a routine patrol heading north of Bank of Guam Route 201 in San Jose, Tinian when they saw a vehicle with no taillights heading north on a gravel road Friday at 9:12pm.<\/p>\n<p>Hermosilla said they flagged down the vehicle behind Bank of Guam.
